Interior Awards.
New Zealand's most innovative interiors.

The Interior Awards is the only awards programme of its kind in Aotearoa New Zealand with the sole focus of celebrating projects that push the limits of interior and spatial design as well as the talented Kiwi designers and teams that conceptualise and develop these ideas.

The awards recognise excellence in interior architecture and design across ten award categories: Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare and Wellness, Civic, Workplace (over 1000m2 and up to 1000m2), Residential, Residential Kitchen, Education and Emerging Design Professional.

There are three key stages in the Interior Awards: Entry, Live Presentations and the Awards Night.

Entries must be entered by Wednesday 2929th April 2026. Three or four Finalists from each category are selected by our talented Jury to participate in the Live Presentations on Wednesday 20th or Thursday 21st May 2025. These 15 minute presentations allow teams to go into more detail about their project, answer the Jury’s question and showcase their work to audiences across the world.
Winners of each category and the overall Supreme Award will be revealed on the Awards Night on the 2nd July 2026.
