APRIL – MAY
Jury tickets (2x each) are provided – Wednesday 23rd April 2025
Entries close – Wednesday 30th April 2025
Entries deadline extended – Friday 2nd May 2025
Online judging – Friday 2nd May – Monday 5th May 2025 (all jury scores finalised by 10am, 2pm Zoom to share finalists with jury – discussion if required)
Finalists announced to the public – Thursday 8th May 2025
2 Day Live Judging streamed event  – Wednesday 21st and Thursday 22nd May 2025 at Link Marketing Services, Level 30, PwC Tower, 15 Customs Street West, Auckland 1010.
Morning reserved for contingency judging – Friday 23rd May 2025
Judges and Sponsors Lunch – Friday 23rd May 2025

JUNE
Awards Night – Thursday 26th July 2025

PHOTOSHOOT AND BREAKFAST BRIEFING

The Awards briefing will take place on Monday 25th November 2025. Light refreshments will be provided. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.

Images will be available once the photoshoot has taken place. We kindly ask that you credit the photographer when posting and sharing images.

All to wear ‘smart’ business attire.

Solid block colours to be worn: Black, tan, orange or similar to the 2025 branding colours.

No white (unless covered in a jacket), multi-colour geometrics, heavy patterning or striped fabrics.

LIVE PRESENTATIONS

The 2-day Live judging event will take place at Link Marketing Services, Level 30, PwC Tower. Catering will be provided and please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.

DATE – Wednesday 21st and Thursday 22nd May 2025 (The morning of the 23rd May is held as a reserve morning for any presentations that for some unavoidable reason were not able to take place in the two days prior)
